We advise schools and ensure compliance

We take care of our schools by handling compliance and program administration, so you don’t have to worry.  Working closely with school staff is key to managing the teachers’ journey and creating opportunities for success, and we start that from the very beginning.  You have a dedicated account manager throughout the application process, and we regularly communicate through the school year, including important program reminders, tips, and resources that help you navigate each phase.  We make sure your teachers know the rules, comply with program requirements, and know what they need to do to remain in the program.  We also stay on top of current immigration trends and changes and keep schools updated.

We guide and support our teachers

We take care of our teachers by also providing them with a dedicated person to work with through the sponsorship application process, plus a Participant Support & Engagement team to assist with their various needs and questions during the program.  We offer pre-arrival and post-arrival orientations for incoming teachers, as well as regular office hours on various topics throughout the year for all active teachers.  We provide resources on every topic, from social security to banking to completing their cultural activities. Plus, we offer free tax software through Sprintax for non-residents, affordable medical insurance options, and 24-hour emergency access.
