An emergency is defined as physical injury, arrest, robbery/mugging, reported missing, fatality, hospitalization in need of medical assistance, mental illness, harassment, sexual assault, natural disasters, dangerous and unsuitable living or training conditions, and/or detainment at the U.S. or foreign country border.
