Cultural Vistas today announced the public launch of the Atlas Corps Leadership Institute (ACLI), a 12-week virtual leadership development program designed for globally minded early-career professionals aged 21-32. For the first time, this transformative program is open to the public after previously serving exclusively as a leadership development opportunity for private partners.
The Atlas Corps Leadership Institute provides accessible, community-driven leadership training that develops human-centered capabilities sought by today’s employers, including self-efficacy, resilience, team communication, and cross-cultural adaptability. The program brings together a diverse cohort of emerging leaders from around the world to build critical leadership skills while fostering meaningful global connections.
“Technical skills matter more than ever, but they are not enough on their own. Leadership and career advancement today also require cultural fluency, strong relationships, and the ability to operate in complexity,” said Jennifer Clinton, CEO at Cultural Vistas. “The Atlas Corps Leadership Institute brings globally minded professionals together to build these capabilities in community, strengthening their networks, learning from peers, and supporting one another as they work toward positive change.”
The 12-week virtual format allows working professionals to participate while balancing career and personal commitments. The curriculum explores four key leadership themes:
- Leading Self: Building self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal resilience
- Leading Others: Developing interpersonal effectiveness and team leadership skills
- Leading Across Borders: Cultivating cross-cultural adaptability and global mindsets
- Reflection: Integrating learning and creating sustainable leadership practices
Participants engage through live interactive workshops, keynote sessions with global leaders, self-guided assignments, and collaborative projects with international teams. The program culminates in a capstone project where participants apply their learning to real-world global leadership challenges.
The inaugural public cohort will begin in April 2026. Applications are open through March 6, 2026.
