Rekha Grennan 

Rekha Grennan is an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategist who has unique multi-sector, multi-industry expertise. She is currently a Senior ESG Advisor at Edelman where she provides strategic services to clients across the firm and within a new specialized practice. Rekha has developed ESG related programs in politics, government, non-profit, start-up and corporate enterprises and is a believer in the power of partnerships and stakeholder collaboration to achieve long-term value and economic inclusion.

Prior to joining Edelman, Grennan was a Director of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy at Cisco Systems Inc. she held leadership roles at Pfizer, Inc. where she supported enterprise-wide sustainability alongside management of signature initiatives, including a global pro-bono employee volunteerism program. Passionate about social good and public service, Rekha has worked in U.S. presidential politics and was a Senior Communications Officer at USAID. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a degree from Boston University in International Affairs and Environmental Policy and Analysis.
