Kirsten Burt
RBC Wealth Management Europe, Head of B2B Marketing
Kirsten is a wealth management leader, having held several senior roles across the industry and advising numerous leading firms in the past 18 years.
She speaks widely on the topics of female executive leadership and empowering female investors. As am American citizen abroad she also has also worked extensively with firms that will serve the complex needs of American professionals in the UK. Kirsten has also been involved in many of the major acquisitions and rebrands of UK private bank brands over her career. She is currently the Head of B2B Marketing at RBC Wealth Management Europe, which brings together the global private bank RBC, with the prominent UK wealth manager Brewin Dolphin.
From 2019 – 2024 Kirsten led a strategic marketing consultancy based in London focusing on financial education, sustainable investing, and wealth management. She has a particular interest in helping empower female investors, having launched the global female customer program at UBS. She works extensively in the areas of sustainability, impact investing and philanthropy, including creating a sustainability and ESG investing marketing strategy for Coutts Private Bank and JP Morgan Asset & Wealth Management.
Prior to founding her consultancy in 2019, Kirsten had over 20 years of management experience in financial services in both the US and UK across wealth management, asset management and private banking. She was Head of Marketing and sat on the Executive Committee of UBS Wealth Management in the UK for six years. Previous to UBS she held senior marketing roles at Standard Chartered, Citibank and American Express.
Kirsten is a passionate internationalist. She holds a BS in Marketing from Boston College, and an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She has served on the Thunderbird Global Alumni Network Board, and currently sits on the Board of Cultural Vistas an international student and professional exchange organisation based in Washington DC.
