Kendra Mirasol

Kendra Mirasol is the former CEO of Seattle-based VitalTalk, a nonprofit communication training firm serving clinicians who manage patients living with serious illness. Previously, she was co-owner and President of IOR Global Services headquartered in Chicago for 12 years. At both organizations, she led their growth strategy, managed day-to-day operations, secured their financial strength, and improved their organizational cultures.
Over the span of her career, she has served as a thought leader on the importance of communication skills and managing differences in a variety of intercultural settings. Her earlier career involved stints as Director at RR Donnelley & Sons in Chicago, Siemens AG in Berlin and McGraw-Hill Publishing in Los Angeles. She holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in German Literature from the University of California – Irvine. She has served on the board of Cultural Vistas since 2015.
