Dr. Earl Mowatt
Building a Diverse & Inclusive Culture of Remembrance, 2021 (virtual)
Dr. Mowatt participated virtually in an exchange among practitioners in remembrance culture and brings his knowledge and enthusiasm for developing a global dialogue to his work and the community which honors the victims of the onePULSE nightclub mass shooting. He develops programs that cover a broad range of social issues, including queer equality, gender identity, social exclusion, and race.
Dr. Mowatt has a PhD in Sociology from the University of Central Florida, a Masters of Liberal Studies from Rollins College, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in communications design from the Pratt Institute.
