Angie Schmidt Whitney, M.A.

Angie joined Sourcewell in December 2024 as a Senior Organizational Development Advisor. There, she specializes in designing and delivering innovative organizational development and training initiatives that foster growth and align individual goals with strategic objectives. Prior to joining Sourcewell, Angie spent 25 years in higher education in increasing leadership capacities. Angie spent a year in Germany through the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals (CBYX) program and is passionate about the intersection of career and education abroad. To co-workers and close friends, Angie is known for being outgoing, fun, passionate, enthusiastic, strategic, inclusive and dependable. Angie holds a Master’s of Arts from the University of Minnesota’s Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology Program and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the College of Saint Benedict. Angie has been part of the Alumni Council since 2021.
