Applications for the 2023 YSEALI Seed Grant Workshop are now closed!

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate an interest in, and commitment to, civic education and good governance in their local community or nation.

Projects will be evaluated by Cultural Vistas staff in conjunction with U.S. Embassy Manila staff and sent to other U.S. Embassies in the YSEALI region for final review and selection.

We will make selection announcements in March. You will be informed via email if you were selected or not.
