The European office of Cultural Vistas in Berlin held the Future of Work Dialogue on Diversity + Inclusion: Lessons from Los Angeles on Thursday, June 20. The event focused on how global collaboration between cities and public-private partnerships can drive economic development.

The keynote discussion was led by Cultural Vistas alumna Dr. Linda Lopez, Chief of the Office of Immigrant Affairs for the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles. Dr. Lopez provided lessons from Los Angeles on key innovative initiatives in her city that have diversified leadership, utilized cross-sectoral support, led to investments in the community, leveraged global skills through the tech sector, and created a local ecosystem that nurtures the creative economy.
