New members will enhance the Board’s ability to advocate for international exchange as a key driver of positive global change
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Cultural Vistas is pleased to announce the appointment of five new Board members who will each help support the nonprofit’s mission of leveraging the power of international exchange to connect lives, enhance global skills, and drive positive change.
“We’re excited to expand our dynamic Board of Directors with five new members who will bring diverse expertise and insight into our work,” said Cultural Vistas’ President and CEO, Jennifer Clinton, Ph.D. “We have worked diligently to ensure Cultural Vistas’ Board and leadership represents a variety of experts in fields such as higher education, international relations, science and technology, finance, and intercultural competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ICDEI) — and the newest board members are no exception.”
Cultural Vistas’ Chairman of the Board, Jeffrey Reinke, Chief of Staff to the President at the Council on Foreign Relations, added, “The addition of these five extraordinary individuals — whose own lives have been changed through participation in exchanges — have joined our board to help ensure that many more people will have the opportunity to experience working and living abroad in new and meaningful ways.”
The new board members began their three-year terms with Cultural Vistas effective February 15, 2023. The five new members are:
