We have dedicated staff who can help match organizations with a suitable program and talented and multilingual candidates that fits their needs. A variety of hosting opportunities exist throughout the year for the following programs, among others:
Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX)
Host talented young German students and recent graduates
The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals is a reciprocal program that gives 75 German participants the opportunity to spend one year of studying, working, and experiencing everyday life in communities across the United States. CBYX depends largely on the generosity and hospitality of hundreds of communities that have opened their doors to young Germans throughout the program’s 30-plus year history as host families, host colleges, and host companies.
Opportunities exist to host CBYX participants in your home, for a semester of university study, and six-month internships with your organizations.
Edmund S. Muskie Internship Program
Host scholars from Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus this summer
The Edmund S. Muskie Internship Program is a summer program funded by the U.S. Department of State that provides emerging leaders from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia with the opportunity to gain real-world experience through three-month internships complementing and enriching their graduate studies in the United States.
IAESTE United States
Host top technical students from around the world for long or short-term projects
Since 1948, the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experiences (IAESTE). has provided engineering, technology, science, and architecture students from across the globe with paid, course-related training abroad, and employers with highly-skilled and motivated trainees for long or short-term projects. Join the many university research groups, startups, multinationals, and small private firms that extend their reach through IAESTE every year by hosting top technical talent for up to 12 months.
Korea WEST (Work, English Study, Travel)
Host talented South Korean students for 4-to-12 month internships at your organization
Since 2009, Cultural Vistas has provided more than 1,000 students and young professionals with opportunities to study English, gain international work experience, and learn about the United States through the Korea WEST program, a multi-faceted exchange created by the U.S. and Korean governments to enhance ties between the two nations.
