Annual Reporting Requirements

Keep track during the year

As a Teach USA participant, you will need to respond to various information requests from Cultural Vistas throughout the school year and proactively keep us updated.  This ranges from simple surveys to reporting more in depth on your cultural activities.

Subsections:

  • U.S. Contact Information
  • Cultural Reports
  • Evaluations & Surveys

U.S. Contact Information

You must report your U.S. contact information immediately upon arriving in the U.S. (see Visa Validation) and keep us updated on any changes.  You must report changes in your home address, phone or email within 10 days of the change. You can do this in our system directly by logging in HERE.

Cultural Reports

Every year you are required to complete two types of cultural activities.  We will start reminding you of this in the fall and provide deadlines for these reports.  You will complete a simple online form answering questions about your activities.

When do I submit my report?  Deadline for third year teachers is typically the first of January and first and second year teachers by March.

Where do I submit my report?  Report Link

Are both activities required to do the report?  Yes!

Do I have to do this every year?  Yes! This is a federal visa regulation.
