SAN DIEGO — The inaugural Ignite & Activate: San Diego summit will take place at The Point in Mission Bay from April 25 to 28 in a weekend-long event aiming to provide a platform for individuals committed to expanding their worlds to more effectively drive change and impact their local and global communities.
The two-and-a-half day summit will be packed with short talks, panels, skill-building exercises, and in-depth Q&A discussions providing opportunities for community-building, establishing cross-cultural connections, fomenting relationships, and developing meaningful professional skills.
The impressive lineup of speakers and presenters at the event was carefully designed to provide attendees with strategies to more effectively navigate cultural differences, insights about cross-border entrepreneurship, and local resources to kickstart their journey. Notably, the speakers consist of local representatives from across highly varied backgrounds—including local government, nonprofit organizations, startups, tech companies, and even a brewing company.
Before leaving Ignite & Activate – San Diego with their newfound skills and professional development, attendees will also enjoy an immersive experience of San Diego through cultural and social activities around the city.
Ignite & Activate: San Diego was organized by Cultural Vistas in partnership with Hopscotch Labs, ISOS Group, and the San Diego Diplomacy Council. Follow @CulturalVistas and #IgniteActivateSD for updates about the event.
