Cultural Vistas Receives Stevens Initiative Grant to Connect Youth in the U.S., Middle East and North Africa through Virtual Exchange 

COVID-19 has acted as a great equalizer—no matter what location, young people around the world are having to re-define how they prepare for their future careers. Thanks to this new grant from The Stevens Initiative, this summer we will bring together young people from Syria, the Palestinian Territories, and the United States to chart ways to pursue future career paths in STEM fields.

We Must Do More. A Message from Our President on Racial Justice

Cultural Vistas stands in solidarity with the movement for racial justice and to defend Black lives. Even as we grapple with the uncertainties of the pandemic and what future for international exchange may lie ahead, we will keep listening and learning, and finding ways Cultural Vistas can contribute for meaningful change. We are in this for the long haul.

Introducing the 2020 Class of Edmund S. Muskie Interns

The sixth year of the Edmund S. Muskie Internship Program has gone virtual. This summer’s program is providing 49 graduate students currently studying in the United States from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia with the opportunity to gain real-world experience to complement their academic studies through professional internships across the United States.
